Our Story
Our story begins in a village in Vietnam, where talented women weave textiles and craft garments using techniques passed down through generations. We saw their skill and their need for a fair market. From our first shipment of handmade pillow covers and scarves, we built a bridge: they set their price, we shoulder shipping costs, and we ensure that their artistry receives the respect and compensation it deserves.
We are more than one product line. True to our name, Karavan is always moving. We seek out partners—whether in Southeast Asia, Africa or the Americas—who produce exceptional goods with integrity. For each partnership, we learn the makers’ stories and share them with you. Our role is not to dictate style but to curate diversity, bringing products as varied as home décor, apparel, specialty foods and eco‑friendly tools, all connected by craftsmanship and ethical trade.
